A broken shower was working again the same afternoon, according to a June 2026 HomeAdvisor customer who called Lucky Duck Plumbing on a Friday. The customer said Randy went to obtain a part, returned shortly afterward and completed the repair. Lucky Duck is based in Westfield and says it serves Westfield, Agawam, Northampton and East Longmeadow, with 24/7 emergency service and free estimates. Other recent customers describe fixture and household plumbing work. An April 2026 Google reviewer said Randy and Nate installed plumbing for a washer in a first-floor closet and were helpful with questions. A July reviewer called about a kitchen-sink leak on a Thursday, had a visit Friday and an appointment by Tuesday for kitchen and bathroom faucet work, disposal removal and new drains and plumbing. That customer praised Caleb's work and said Lucky Duck returned their call within an hour. A February 2026 Google reviewer gave exact dates: a call on February 19 led to a February 20 appointment, when Randy assessed and fixed a new-sink problem, then cleaned up. In a March 2026 review, another customer said Nate and his partner replaced a water heater the same day and charged a reasonable price. Google reports a five-star average from 90 ratings; HomeAdvisor reports 4.8 stars from 185 ratings. Customers writing in 2025 described more involved work, too. One September HomeAdvisor reviewer said the company had helped with gas-pipe repairs and capping, a dishwasher connection and a toilet installation in an old historic home. A July reviewer said Tim explained and repaired a leaking basement drainage pipe during the same visit. Another July customer said Randy repaired a shutoff valve and outside faucet that day after providing an estimate. Lucky Duck's Massachusetts plumbing business licence is active. Its BBB grade is A. The company says it is insured. In a June 2025 HomeAdvisor account, a customer described a secondary water-meter installation: Tim and Tiffany handled the city's permit process, kept the customer informed at each step and completed the work at a price the customer considered reasonable.
