I always try to support small, local businesses whenever I can, and this was an overall great experience from start to finish! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the products and services, and provide helpful information that I can actually use. It’s not every day you come across a business that is this friendly, informative, and willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend giving this local small business a try. They were beyond helpful, and I’m very happy I reached out to them! Supporting local businesses is always a win, especially when you find one this good!

Sam from Tandem Plumbing responded promptly to fix an issue with my toilet, and the entire job was handled with great professionalism. He has a reassuring and approachable manner that made the experience stress-free. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable the pricing was. I only wish I’d called sooner!!!

I am a first time home buyer and not familiar with the boiler/heating system in my home and was apprehensive about finding a service provider to service my boiler. I def. made the right choice choosing Tandem Mechanical to service my boiler system. I needed my boiler serviced and Josh and Sam arrived today and serviced the boiler in a professional manner. Josh explained everything they were going to do before they started work. They were punctual, professional and went above and beyond. They also addressed questions I had on two other issues, one which could have been a problem later on if not addressed. I was very impressed with these guys and also the lady I spoke with re: setting up the appointment. Thank you TM! Much appreciated.

Highly recommend this plumbing company! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Had my water tank go on me this past weekend memorial weekend at that! But fortunately i was covered 100% by warranty and tandem mechanical was the company the insurance sent my way Viktoria was great in communication with me explaining everything from start to finish even offered to come in on that very same weekend her crew of guys please don’t be taken back they are young but very smart educated and well prepared for the job very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get the job done Sam took over and he finished the job due to one of the guys who had to leave early (no waiting he did not leave or stopped working until Sam got there)Sam took his time and made sure everything was put back in order he was kind enough to accompany me to the store to make the exchange return yesterday was very hot he did not once complained very patient and i think that is very important in jobs like these. I will be using them again i couldn’t be happier with their service from start to finish thank you all! Keep up the amazing work!
