Scott and his helper did a terrible job of installing a small pool liner. The perfect word is sloppy wrinkles all over its lost parts and he lies about it. another covid desperation job he was the only one available its not hard. I swear this guy must have people write positive messages for him.
They should stick to landscaping, If they don't know about pools they shouldn't be doing it, leave it to the professionals.
Scott is very responsive and does provide excellent service. Always a great communication with him. He is the best.
I felt like at the end of the day it was all about money and not customer satisfaction. I paid $ 200,00 to remove debris that was a lot. He did a good job on the liner but other than that no. He still has not painted the trims I had him install.
Scott was fantastic. Liner replacement was not a simple job requiring Scott to pull off a miracle
