LUX Home Solution

Painting and ongoing home care both feature in LUX Home Solution customers’ accounts. The Dennis Port business says Andre Rauber and Dirce Dickel founded and run it, offering interior and exterior painting, light carpentry and cleaning across Cape Cod. Its website describes more than seven years of experience; BBB gives the business a June 2024 start date. Its BBB profile is accredited with an A grade. A July 2026 Google reviewer praises detailed work, arrival when promised and cleanup afterward. In an October 2025 Thumbtack review, a homeowner described André and his team painting the entire house, keeping the work clean and neat, and producing a smooth spray finish. A September 2025 Google reviewer described Andre patching walls and ceilings after electrical work, matching an old custom color, and plastering and painting new bathrooms. In July 2024, another homeowner wrote that Andre and his team painted a smoke-damaged house, fixed cracks and returned for promised touch-ups. Cleaning customers describe longer relationships. A July 2025 reviewer said Dirce’s cleaning led them to hire her for weekly turnover cleaning the following summer, praising prompt responses and attention to issues in the house. An August 2024 reviewer described three years of home cleaning, first for the family and later while renting through Airbnb. Another customer writing that month praised Dirce’s Airbnb cleaning and Andre’s handyman help. In November 2025, a homeowner who had worked with Andre and Dirce as house managers for several years praised their attention to detail and described Andre helping manage larger projects with plumbers, electricians and other artisans. One recent complaint concerns the finished painting work. In a May 2026 Thumbtack review, a 76-year-old customer said the paint job looked beautiful until they discovered their kitchen windows had been painted shut. They objected to being expected to get on a ladder to fix them, particularly given the cost of the job.
