A March 2017 article on commonsnews.org named Steve McNulty Sr. and his son, Steve McNulty Jr., of Manchester-based M&M Plumbing and Heating, writing that the company had been retained to address Leland & Gray's radon problem. VTDigger covered the same job that April, reporting that the school had brought the company in to undertake the remediation project. Radon work in a school building is a different scale from a house call. If you are hiring them for residential plumbing or heating, ask how much of that side of the business they take on now, and whether radon mitigation is still something they handle. Confirm licensing and insurance in your state before you book, and ask for a few recent references for the kind of job you have.
