Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from PW Construction. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Estimated range
$23,000 – $35,000
Typical remodeling project around $29,000
Had to repeat myself multiple times because owner is, by own self-admission, hard of hearing. Clearly didn't understand what I was telling him (or just plain couldn't hear me) and completely miscontrued our conversation. Then goes on an angry tirade. What a joke!
I would recommend him highly.
