In 2022 a homeowner bought the 1.5-acre parcel next door and could not get into it — thick brush, mostly briars. In an April review this year, a customer had a stretch of land cleared to make a pasture for horses and called the prices fair. A July reviewer said the property was cleared exactly as they had wanted and singled out the crew's communication and accountability. In a 2025 review, a customer who wanted perimeter clearing on a large wooded property plus help designing an equestrian trail said Mike had good ideas, and that he and his brother Matt were strong on communication and on the finished result. The jobs customers describe are the rough ones: brush along fence lines, wooded lots behind the house, overgrown parcels. A 2024 reviewer was left with a yard clear of brush and debris and mentioned Mike getting back to them promptly whenever they called; a 2022 customer described a selective clearing of a 1.5-acre lot finished in a few days during difficult February weather, turning a brush-and-vine tangle into an open, airy yard. Another 2025 review put it more bluntly: they asked for scorched earth, got it, and called the job neat. The company says it was established in 2019 and counts seven years at it, and the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office lists it as a certified Women Business Enterprise, active. M5 is the call for overgrown acreage, a wooded lot you want opened up, or a fence line disappearing into brush. Before booking, walk the boundary with Mike, agree what happens to the cleared material, and confirm the price against the acreage you actually want done.
