Google shows 4.8 stars from 132 ratings; HomeAdvisor shows 4.6 from 28. Recent customers describe both ongoing maintenance and difficult yards. An August 2026 reviewer praises communication, weekly mowing and occasional trimming. A May reviewer says fertilizing applications and weekly mowing have left their lawn healthier than it has looked in a long time. In April, a customer with a multilevel yard and features that make machinery difficult to use says the crew has handled their spring cleanup carefully. Older reviews describe work beyond cutting grass. In May 2024, an 85-year-old gardener says the crew weeded overgrown perennial beds, edged them and laid mulch. A November 2025 customer describes a year of shrub trimming, mulch installation, overgrowth removal, weekly mowing and fall cleanup, with prompt answers to questions and rapid scheduling. An August 2025 reviewer says the company supplied detailed information about the products it used. Some customers describe follow-up work after problems. In December 2024, one says the field manager removed small branches left in mulch beds after a fall cleanup and the company sent a power-washing business to clean mud splashes from a fence. Another December 2024 customer says the crew repeated an aeration and overseeding job after the lawn initially looked wrong, and the grass subsequently came in better. A separate customer writing that month also reports a repeat visit and a thick lawn, but says they could not communicate with the workers in English to ask questions. There are specific complaints about fertilizer application and snow removal.
