Universal Home Solutions , Inc

Painting jobs have brought Universal Home Solutions customers back for carpentry and remodeling. One June 2026 Google customer described carpentry renovation and exterior painting, praising the crew's organization, clean work and daily punctuality. Another June customer said the company had painted the home's interior previously and completed its exterior painting that spring, with a clean job site throughout. The company describes itself as a South Yarmouth-based Cape Cod painting and remodeling contractor with more than 22 years in business. Its advertised work includes interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, carpentry, decks, roofing, siding, tile installation and wallpaper services. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active under Universal Home Solutions Inc. Andre and his team also receive specific praise for planning and execution. In an April 2026 Google review, a homeowner described finishing a 480-square-foot section of an unfinished basement into living space. The customer said the team listened to their ideas, helped plan and design the project, and finished on time and exactly on budget. The same customer said the company had built a composite deck four years earlier. A June 2026 reviewer separately credited Andre with guiding selections and helping keep a project within budget. Older accounts describe the preparation behind painting work. In May 2024, a Google customer said the crew sanded house shingles to bare wood, re-stained them, painted the trim and restored a deck the customer had thought might need replacement. An August 2023 HomeAdvisor reviewer described painting a house, porch deck and bulkhead, praising painstaking preparation and Andre's visits to check progress and answer concerns. A March 2024 Google customer described careful removal of door hardware, sanding and repainting reclaimed doors, along with deck, siding and flooring work at their home. There is also a specific exterior-paint complaint. In a July 2023 Google review, a customer said a July 2021 exterior paint job began peeling by August 2021, prompting a return to repaint. The customer reported that peeling had returned over the preceding year and said the results did not justify the market-rate payment. Separately, an April 2024 reviewer said Andre inspected an area where stain had absorbed further into the boards and promptly applied more stain. That customer also described later hiring him for interior work.
