Working out of South Yarmouth, the crews clean year-round homes, condos and summer rentals, and reviewers routinely name Daniely as the person running the company and briefing the teams before they go out. The volume behind that is unusual for a cleaning outfit: 180 Google ratings averaging 4.9, plus a matching 4.8 over 57 reviews on each of Angi and HomeAdvisor, and a written history running 2019 through 2026. Fifty-eight of those reviews arrived in the last six months, one of them negative. What holds the whole thing together is repeat business. One Wellfleet-area homeowner counts five years of spring cleanings and weekly summer turnarounds — beds made, towels and bed linen laundered and returned to the cupboards, teams well supervised. Another has been on the schedule more than four years and says they arrive when scheduled. A third has used them "many many years" and notes that when something is missed, telling Daniely gets it fixed right away. Two kinds of work come up again and again. Deep cleans: a Harwich house left spotless, a first floor with two labrador retrievers and not a hair left, a condo scrubbed floors-to-windows before a move-in, a year-round Wellfleet home reset for the season. And rental turnover: an owner who started using them for a Cape rental this year calls them responsive and thorough, and another found the bed made perfectly after a turnover clean. The sharpest complaint is recent and specific. In May 2026 a customer hired them for a small bathroom, asked to have the light and fan cleaned, and said it was never cleaned — the light was pulled down and left hanging by a wire, needing a maintenance call to fix — that the walls went unwashed, and that the $100 charge stood anyway. It sits against 57 other reviews from the same stretch, but it is the one to raise on the phone. Price on a heavy job can also land above the opening number. A customer in May 2026 paid more than expected for a deep clean, though they said every change was flagged at each stage and the extra hour was theirs to approve. Separately, in April 2025 someone arranging cleaning for their 88-year-old mother said the booking was confirmed and then declined because Carver falls outside the service area. For a Cape house that needs a hard seasonal reset, a rental that must be guest-ready between bookings, or a standing every-other-week clean, this is a well-worn choice with years of repeat clients behind it.
