Those are its own statements, not credentials checked against a registry here. What customers describe, over and over, is consistency rather than heroics. An office in the Seaport wrote in 2025 about the same faces arriving every Thursday and getting plenty of notice whenever that would change. A 2022 reviewer specifically valued the personal service of a small owner-run shop over a corporate operator. Peter, named as the owner in several reviews, turns up in most of them — quoting the job, walking the site first, answering the phone. The residential side is smaller but real: a 2023 move-in clean where the crew assessed the space beforehand and travelled some distance to reach it, a post-construction condo answered within 24 hours and finished within days in 2023, and a whole house cleaned and sanitized before a family moved in, in 2021. Two things to square before booking. The written history has gone quiet — nothing since August 2025, and all fifteen written reviews sit on Google, so there is one platform's worth of voices behind a 5-star average across 43 ratings. And the addresses do not agree: the company's own site puts it on Newbury Street, while its BBB file is under the legal name Mop In Hand Cleaning Services, LLC at 90 Canal Street with a different primary phone. For a small office, a condo association or a post-renovation handover, this is a shop where the owner is likely to be the person who walks your space first. Ask which entity and address your invoice and certificate of insurance will come from, and ask to see the MBE and IICRC certificates if either matters to your procurement.
