MaidPro of Cape Cod

MaidPro of Cape Cod describes itself as a residential and commercial house-cleaning franchise based in West Yarmouth, operating under the MaidPro brand. The company says it has been locally owned and operated by Frank LeGreca since 2006. On Google it averages 4.8 stars across 167 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. One recent customer booked a deep spring cleaning after renovating two bathrooms and putting in new flooring. That customer said the owner got right back to them, two women cleaned the place top to bottom with their own supplies and equipment, and the job came in under budget. A recent customer said two cleaners arrived right on time and completed everything on the checklist. In a 2022 review, a customer living in NYC who could not supervise or let the cleaning crew in said Frank took on that role at no extra cost and managed a move-out deep clean of an elderly mother's condo from start to finish. That 2022 customer said the two-person team cleaned inside the kitchen cabinets, the baseboards, tubs, windows and patio doors. A 2025 customer said they had used MaidPro for over 10 years and had the same cleaning woman for 12 years. A 2025 customer said the client app made it easy to request services and update info. A recent customer said "the ladies were not thorough," missing cobwebs and some surfaces and leaving a couch dusty from wiping blinds. A recent customer said the house was still dusty and too much product was used on the kitchen floor. A recent customer said the products used on hardwood floors left them slippery.
