Its own site describes construction management and general contracting on Cape Cod, with a stated focus on new build construction and historic renovations. The portfolio reaches further than Sandwich. The six projects listed on Houzz run to Pleasant Bay in Orleans, Brewster, and Brant Point and Sconset on Nantucket, alongside two in town. The written history is short and clustered. Nine reviews, all five stars, seven of them posted within two days in April 2021 when the profile was new. Those describe painting and remodelling: a master bedroom and bath painted "to perfection", an interior painting job priced in line with two other proposals, a remodel completed over the winter during Covid downtime, and a client who braced for a churned-up yard and got a clean one instead. The two later ones carry more weight - a barn renovation in February 2024 that named both owners by first name, and an exterior barn project called timely and efficient. One thing needs settling before you call. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 198132, is expired in the state registry, where the holder of record is co-owner Benjamin Delman - and that same number is still printed on the Houzz profile. Ask directly whether it has been renewed, and get the current registration and a certificate of insurance in hand before you sign anything. Past that, this is a small shop where the owners are the crew, with a clean BBB file and a handful of customers who liked them - most of them five years ago. Reasonable odds on a defined job like a barn, a deck or a paint-and-remodel package. Thinner ground for a large build, purely because there is not much recent written history to weigh.
