Have been a long time customer, since they started in Wells,ME. I was very disappointed earlier in the 2026 season with the company due to the lack of communication and missing scheduled tick sprayings. It was related to me the company was going thru changes and had staffing issues. Since I had prepaid for the season we stuck it out with Mainely Ticks and waited to see if their service would return to what it been years prior. I am pleased to say the company redeemed itself by coming out on a regular basis. The missed application costs will be put towards next season per Andrea in the office. I have always been thrilled with the treatment of our property. It is great not to worry about ticks on the dogs or the humans that like to hang out in the back yard. I am hoping that next year will go smoothly, time will tell. If the company gets their client portal back up and running and the staff show up for every scheduled spraying for the 2027 season my review will go back up to 5 stars.
