Majesty Roofing Company

Majesty Roofing Company is a Lynn, MA contractor that says it started in 2008 as a roofing and gutters business and has since expanded into siding, painting, and broader renovation work, led by Ivan. The reviews on file describe generally solid roofing and exterior work: a 2023 review describes Ivan and his crew replacing old wooden gutters with new aluminum ones and re-shingling a front porch roof along with its support columns, calling the work professional. A 2021 review credits Ivan's team with a reasonably priced, professional new roof installation. A separate 2021 review is more mixed — the reviewer calls the service good with responsive follow-up, but describes the crew as a little sloppy with nails and cleanup, requiring a return visit to fix siding and gutters; that reviewer still said they'd use the company again. One 2025 review is unrelated to the roofing work itself: it describes a company vehicle making a left turn on a red light while the driver was on the phone, near the courthouse on Bridge Street in Salem. Given the small number of reviews and the mix of a sloppy cleanup complaint alongside otherwise positive accounts, it's worth confirming a clear scope of work and expectations for site cleanup before a project starts.
