Daniel De Leon runs the Waltham business, and the company says it has been building and remodeling in Eastern Massachusetts since 2001, with carpentry at the center of the work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (190798) and construction supervisor licence (CS-112019) are both active on the state registry, both in De Leon's name. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+. A February 2025 reviewer wrote about craftsmanship and attention to detail, and called him responsive and reliable enough to hire again. On Houzz the company advertises a broad menu — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, basements, tile and flooring installation. Good for carpentry-led remodels and the kind of self-contained install that sauna was. Get the scope and schedule in writing, and ask for references from a job the size of yours before you sign.
