William Morales founded it and, by the company's account, does every estimate himself and is on every job site with a small permanent crew rather than subcontractors. The reviews bear that out: the name in them is always Will or William, often alongside Mario. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and its Better Business Bureau grade is an A. Interiors are the bulk of the work — walls, ceilings, trim, a cathedral ceiling, a kitchen, several rooms at a time — along with the repair that has to happen before paint: a 2025 ceiling hole from a water leak patched until it could not be found, and a ceiling repaired and repainted within a few hours of the job being scoped this June. Outside, the crew has done trim and a chimney in Lexington, shutters and deck carpentry in Watertown, front doors and frames, and a Newton house rehabbed with every cedar shake replaced. There is commercial work too: a large overhead door in 2024, a commercial property in 2025, and a garage painted with its floor coated in December 2025. Besides the finish, what customers write about is how the job is run. Progress photos sent through a three-day project this July. A crew at the house at 8am every day, weekends included, to get a home ready for sale. A walk-through of every area before anything started. A team that came back several times in 2025 for small touch-ups without fuss. Several reviewers say they met other painters first and Will's price was the competitive one. One small thing: the company's own website gives two different figures for how long it has been doing this — 8-plus years on one page, 10-plus on another. For interior repainting where the walls need repair first, or an exterior refresh around Waltham and Newton, this is an owner-run crew that turns up when it says it will and keeps you posted while it works. Settle the scope at the walk-through and ask what the touch-up window looks like after the last coat.
Will and his team did a fantastic job painting this top-floor unit. We met with several painters, and Will's rates were very competitive. Communication was excellent throughout the three-day project, with progress photos sent regularly. I would hire Will again for any of my painting needs.

If you’re looking for a painting company in the Waltham area, I can’t recommend this team highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly detail-oriented. They showed up on time every single day and were always polite and respectful of our home. Before starting, they carefully took down all of our blinds and reinstalled them when the job was complete. They covered every floor, moved all of our furniture, and wrapped everything in plastic to make sure nothing was damaged or left dirty. At the end of the project, they did a thorough cleanup, leaving the house spotless. What impressed us the most was the quality of their preparation. They went above and beyond by patching, filling, and sanding every hole throughout our 6,000-square-foot home. We had several problem areas with our old lath-and-plaster walls that we were worried about, but instead of taking shortcuts, they completely cut out the damaged sections, installed new board, plastered, sanded, and painted them to a perfectly smooth, flat finish. Considering how bad those areas looked before, the transformation was truly impressive. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. They were trustworthy, genuinely nice people who clearly take pride in their work. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and our home looks better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality painting and wall repair, regardless of the condition.

We hired Will and team to completely rehab the outside of our house in Newton, and we absolutely couldn't be happier with the work they did. The whole team was amazing, but special shoutout to both Will and Mario who were really incredible. The team replace every single cedar shake that wasn't in excellent condition, they patched an old embedded air conditioner wall hole, they replaced multiple rotten windowsills, and they painted EVERY SURFACE (expertly)! Will made it clear from the get go that he was here to do the job right, and really went above and beyond to make that a reality.
