The crew gets named over and over for cleaning up afterwards. The catch is when those accounts were written. Angi's headline figure is 4.9 stars across 77 ratings, but the readable reviews cluster in 2020, 2021 and 2022 - a run of five-star jobs at prices customers repeatedly called fair, several noting that Marco quoted quickly and arrived when he said he would. The one recent account runs the other way. In May 2026 a customer left two stars, writing that the crew was great but that one limb was declared outside the agreed price and billed at an extra $250 for about fifteen minutes of work, and that lawn damage was patched by shovelling pine straw from the woods into the holes. That is a specific complaint about both pricing and finish, and it is the only thing written about this company since 2022. So the shape is a strong older reputation and a thin, unhappy present. The protection is obvious: get the scope in writing, limb by limb if it comes to that, agree what happens if the lawn gets torn up, and settle what the quoted price does and does not cover before anyone starts cutting. Right call for: tree removal or clearing an overgrown yard on the North Shore, where the older record is genuinely good - provided the estimate is nailed down in writing first.
