Mario's Appliances pitches itself to people frustrated with a household appliance, and its website says the business has 22 years behind it. Its BBB grade is A+. A recent Google customer says a visit made the issue worse: their aunt was charged 450, leaking started somewhere else, and another family member was treated disrespectfully. A separate recent Google review reads, "Called my mom Rude names." A 2025 customer said they called to book a warranty repair on an appliance delivered two weeks earlier and were asked for a credit card in case the outlet was at fault; when they refused, they said the call was hung up. A 2025 customer called Mario their go-to guy. A 2024 customer said their mom had used Mario for years and was always satisfied.
“Bellingham Electric, Tower Hill Electric, Mario’s Appliances, and G & R Appliance were also finalists.”
Called my mom Rude names
Made the issue worse . Charged my aunt 450 caused leaking somewhere else , then was disrespectful to another member of the family . Would not ever reccomend
AVOID! SCAM! We called to schedule under warranty repair (appliance was delivered 2 weeks ago). They asked for our credit card information in case it is the faulty outlet, they will be charging us for the visit. We said that we have two machines side by side and we checked the outlet using the other machine and it is working fine. They asked for the credit card anyway. Once we refused to provide the credit card they hanged up!
Mario was our go to guy the best.
Very friendly and professional. My mom has used Mario for years and was always satisfied.
