Rather than rushing through the appointment, he took the time to ask detailed questions about the issues I was experiencing to make sure he addressed the root cause. He also left me with some simple plastic tools and showed me how to clean a specific area of the rubber seal myself to help prevent future problems. I’ve had such bad luck with another appliance repair company in the area. I almost lost hope. He gave me about a 40 minute heads up before he got to my house, which was great. The guy that came was pleasant and efficient. He got the job done quickly, explained everything and left a magnetic card. He seemed very trustworthy as well. I would definitely use them again.

Phillip is an excellent repairman. He really does know dishwashers inside and out. He works effortlessly. Its amazing. He fixed my 9 year old Bosch by finding a tiny piece of metal in the drain. He’d already bought a pump in case my problem was more serious but was clearly happy just to help by taking out the metal. Offered to come over immediately if the removal of the fragment didn’t do the job. Very fair pricing. I’d call him for any repair now SP
