In an October 2024 Google review, a customer of NorthEast Electrical called Ricardo great to work with, honest and fair, and said he completes the work as promised. In a November 2022 review, a customer who had contracted them twice wrote that the work was on time and done right the first time. Two appliance installations booked through retailers went badly. In a December 2023 review, a customer who set up a microwave installation through Sears wrote that NES never called, its voicemail box was full, and the Thanksgiving Day appointment passed with no contact, leaving a $160 charge for an installation that never happened. In a September 2022 review, a customer who bought a dishwasher from Costco wrote that they constantly cancelled and rescheduled appointments.
Cannot recommend NorthEast Electrical highly enough. Ricardo is great to work with. Honest and fair. Completes the work as promised.
Sear’s set up installation of microwave with these people. We were told by Sears that NES would email and call us within the day. We didn’t hear anything so we called NES, their voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave a message. I called Sear’s and they told us our card had been charged and our appointment had been set up for thanksgiving day (??) and that they would pass along the message for NES to call us and give us time details. The day before thanksgiving, two days after originally setting paying for this service, we still hadn’t gotten any emails or calls from NES. I called NES and again was unable to leave a message because their mailbox was full so I called again and chose the menu option for their emergency line. I asked the one human I was finally able to get on the phone to have these people call us. Thanksgiving day arrives and we’ve heard nothing. I call their emergency line again and again they say they will pass on the message. Thanksgiving day goes, absolutely no communication from these people. So we were charged $160 for installation that never happened and that we were never communicated with about. And there’s no way to reach the because their voicemail box is full. Useless.
I have contracted them twice for their services and they provided top notch work-- on time and done right the first time. Highly recommended!
I purchased a dishwasher from Costco and they constantly cancel and reschedule appointments at their convenience. Do not use this company for anything, their customer service is horrible and I would never use them for any electrical or plumbing service.
