Marios Roofing is a Stoughton-based roofing, siding, and window company founded in 2005 by Stephen Goulston that was recently acquired by TrussPoint. What stands out across hundreds of reviews is how many customers can name their project manager or sales rep — Josue Correa, Jason Marcy, Ryan Johnson, and Tim among others — the kind of continuity that shows up when a company runs its own established crews rather than rotating subcontractors. Google alone shows 4.9 stars from 502 ratings, and the specifics span everything from single-day roof tear-offs to large commercial work — a 29-unit condominium siding project in Falmouth managed by Jason Marcy drew a review calling his handling of the weather, subcontractors, and homeowner coordination "the impossible". One homeowner hired the company to fix a roof a prior builder had left with gaps between the wood and nails protruding through rotten wood, with no ventilation, and came away impressed with how the crew diagnosed and corrected it. Recent reviews describe crews arriving early, finishing large jobs in a single day, and protecting yards and shrubs during teardown. Not every account is glowing. A late-2025 review described a roof job that started months late, took more than twice as long as quoted, left visibly poor screw work on two porches, and involved workers who littered and urinated on the sidewalk in front of the house. A March 2026 review separately described a slow, unresponsive handoff between the sales and planning teams that took over a month to move forward, and another described feeling overcharged for snow and ice removal compared to what neighbors paid. The company holds BBB A+ standing and changed ownership in 2025 when it was acquired by TrussPoint — worth asking whether the crews and management you'd deal with have stayed the same since. For a Massachusetts roofing, siding, or window project of real scale — including multi-unit and commercial work — the volume and consistency of named-employee praise here is hard to match; given the late-2025 account of crew conduct, it's worth asking directly about supervision and getting a firm start date in the contract.
“Founded by Stephen Goulston in 2005, Mario's Roofing has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, customer service, and deep community ties throughout Eastern Massachusetts.”

This company is awesome! Matt from sales was extremely helpful from start to finish. Josue, the onsite project manager did a killer job with his team and the team was in and out within one day. Fast and friendly service.
Ryan and the team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished result looks great. The crew kept the work area clean and completed the project on schedule. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality home improvement work. Give that man a bonus!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I first met Mark during our condominium's property-wide deck replacement project when he came to measure our deck. We exchanged contact information because I had asked if he could replace several damaged siding panels on our unit. Although it was a small additional project, Mark graciously took it on and completed the work promptly while overseeing our deck replacement. During the project, Mark discovered several holes beneath our doorway where the old deck had been attached. He repaired them before installing the new deck, preventing potential future problems. He also went above and beyond by helping investigate water staining we had noticed around our basement ventilation system. Throughout the project, Mark maintained excellent communication with me, the property management team, and our neighbors. He was always responsive, professional, and willing to answer questions or address concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. I was especially impressed by Mark's work ethic. He often arrived early in the morning and remained on site late into the day to ensure the project stayed on track. Managing a large project involving 52 deck replacements is no small task, and Mark handled it with professionalism, patience, and excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Mark and am pleased to give him a five-star rating for his outstanding service, dedication, workmanship, and communication skills. Thank you, Mark, for a job well done.
