Maritime Energy sells heating oil and gasoline, according to its BBB profile, which also describes a convenience store, Maritime Farms, with nine locations. That profile says the business was established in 1939, was incorporated in Maine in 1977 and names John Ware as president. The company's website claims 87 years in business and offers residential and commercial credit applications, tune-up requests and quote requests online. The BBB grades it A+. A 2025 Google customer who drove in to fill an RV with diesel said the pump slowed at the start, and that inside they were told the station had not gotten a delivery. A 2025 Google reviewer found the diesel pump not working and not open that day. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote simply "Reasonable prices."
“Used to be Maritime’s bitch, then I got heat pumps and rooftop PV.”
“maritime energy. be glad you're not on K-1.”
“As of now I use Maritime for K-1”
Reasonable prices
Great price for fiesel. Unfortunately, diesel pump isn't working today and not open. Oh well...
Wasted my time driving here to fill my RV up with diesel. I start filling up and it slows at the $30 mark. I went inside to ask them and was told they didn't get a delivery. I am hoping this bottom of the barrel doesn't mess up my new filters. I actually didn't trust it so I spent $17 on diesel additive. What a waste of time and money.
I have been a customer for four years. I recently took myself off of automatic fuel delivery because I may be switching my heating source.
I have one star since I had to use at least one level of rating.PRICE GOUGING to the extreme!
