I would not like to write a bad review as some things can be left un said. However, We have an Air B N B and a hot water heater that was not working. We had a guest in the property with no hot water. Mark was fast in his arrival, however, he sat in his car eating his lunch, per our guest. He refused to walk into the house unless I paid him 100.00. Which I did as this was an issue that needed to be attended to as quickly as possible. The guest let me know that it may be a propane issue. While Mark was onsite, he sent me another invoice for 200.00. He stated that he could not diagnose the issue unless I paid the additional fee. The guest let me know that it is probably a propane issue, which it was, I stated this to Mark and he explained that no it was not a propane issue, but that he could not diagnose the problem unless there was propane in the tank. The issue was in fact a propane deficiency, which we were able to fix. PROBLEM NOT FIXED 300.00 WASTED
Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. He is our Plumber and we call him for any problem. His rates are reasonable. We highly recommend him. We live in Brockton 02301.
