What there is to go on is the permit history BuildZoom publishes: 13 permitted jobs spread across Beverly, Marblehead, Danvers, Peabody, Newburyport and Nahant — a North Shore radius rather than a Lynn-only one. Nobody has written about the work on either BBB or BuildZoom, and BBB says plainly it has too little information to issue a rating at all. Two things are worth sorting out before you call. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for the company, but that is BuildZoom's own claim rather than anything confirmed with the state — and BuildZoom attaches those licence records to an owner it names as Grant Story, while BBB names the owner as Mark Slepoy. Ask which registration belongs to whom, then check the number yourself with Consumer Affairs. The BuildZoom score of 94 sitting at the top of that page counts permits pulled, not customers pleased. A reasonable call if you want an electrician with documented permitted work in Marblehead and the towns around it, and you are comfortable being the first person to write about them.
