Martelly was chosen by my windows manufacturer for my installation. It started with difficulty in scheduling. The foreman of the project assured me it would be done and timely and the installers would so a great job. On the day of installation, the foreman was there and the crew showed up an hour later than promised. One crewman said hello snd introduced himself and the others just ignored me. I had one request which Rick agreed too only to find that was ignored too. Obviously the three were having a bad day. When they left, they just left. The crew did not tell me they were finished or even bother to close my front door. They just left. If I had known this would’ve been the service I’d receive, I would have bought elsewhere.

My husband and I interviewed six contractors and made a great decision going with Phil and his team. They added 400 square feet on the back side of our house to enlarge the kitchen space and also added a spacious mud room. The entire crew who worked on the house were superb! They were always quick to respond to any questions we had or changes we wanted to make and they worked with us every step of the way. I especially loved their attention to detail and the pride that was taken in their work. We now have a beautiful kitchen area and new open space that was created. If we tackle another project, we know who we will call! December 30th 2020.

Phil and his crew were wonderful to work with. They definitely went above and beyond to help us with our not-so-typical vision when it came to our total house rebuild. He truly cared about making us happy and he went out of his way to do so. We’d use them again in a heartbeat.
