Martin M. Services

Martin M. Services is a Quincy, MA outfit that lists itself as a handyman shop, but the work homeowners have actually asked about so far is yard work. Martin Matthew, who runs it, is background-checked through Thumbtack and says he's been at it for eight years. Both reviews on file, from April 2026, describe the same thing: a fast turnaround and more done than expected. One customer said he fit a yard job into a very quick schedule and ended up laying stone, spreading mulch and clearing out stubborn bushes and vines beyond what was originally discussed. Another said her lawn looked healthier and more vibrant after he fertilized it, and called the job efficient and timely. There's no track record yet outside those two jobs, so it's worth asking directly whether he handles the specific task you need — the reviewed work so far is landscaping and yard cleanup, while the broader service list on his profile also covers moving, gutter cleaning, junk removal, furniture assembly and lock repair. For yard work and small jobs around Quincy, the early reviews are a good sign; just confirm he covers your particular task before booking.
