Marvel Cleaners

Beware! Took my mom's $380 and never showed up, or if they did, we couldn't tell. Nothing was vacuumed, dusted, counters weren't wiped, etc. This was supposed to be a surprise for me from my mom and husband because I had two major surgeries in two days and was gone for two weeks. We have tried calling at least eight times, and people either don't answer, or say they will return calls and then don't. They don't respond to emails either, even when we've sent pictures. Do not trust this company. I'm opening a fraud investigation with my bank to see if we can get the money back. I had shoulder and stomach surgery, and this was supposed to be helpful for me as I can't really move right now. Instead, I've spent hours dealing with this, with no resolution. Beware! Just three photos will upload out of many...

If you need a deep clean, you definitely need to call Nic at Marvel Cleaners! She’s the owner and she is honestly a rockstar. From the start, the constant communication was so refreshing. She kept me in the loop the whole time, which is so rare to find these days, and it made the whole process completely stress-free. My house looks incredible, but the kitchen is the real winner. The counters and floors are literally sparkling—I haven't seen them shine like this in forever! Nic is super down-to-earth but clearly a perfectionist when it comes to her work. I’m so glad I found her. If you want someone reliable who actually cares about the job, I highly recommend giving Nic a call!

Nic came recommended for a pre-move-in deep clean when we bought our Longmeadow house two years ago and we've been using her services ever since! I couldn't possibly share all the reasons we've maintained our two-year relationship in this one Google review, but I will share that Nic always leaves our house looking and smelling delicious, is very transparent about her process and the time/costs required, has on several occasions moved her own personal and professional schedule around to accommodate us, and is an all-around wonderful, sweet person! Would (and will) recommend.

Nicole came in to help me reset my home after more than 4 years of going through a mental health episode that left my home in a disaster. Her and her team were amazing empathetic and got me back to a point where I can start over and keep up my home. I would definitely refer her to anyone in a situation like this since she was understanding and willing to work with any limitations I had.

We have been blessed to have Marvel Cleaners for several years. Nic, Mike and Ana have worked for us for several years. Nic is impeccable regarding her job! She goes above and beyond to do a great job. There is nothing I give her, that she can't do! Incredible! We are blessed Marvel Cleaners are exceptional 👌!
