Mascolo Overhead Doors & Maintenance in Brookfield works on garage doors and the floors under them: repairs, new doors and openers, and epoxy garage floors. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 221 ratings, with 5.0 stars on HomeAdvisor from 49 ratings, Angi from 33 and Thumbtack from 24. The recent repair calls are quick. A September 2026 customer said the company came the same day a door stopped working, and the tech, Joey, offered options with no pressure to take the costliest. A July 2026 reviewer said a door that would not close after a run-in needed some woodwork replaced and the door reattached. In a November 2025 review, a landlord whose tenant could not get the car out on a Saturday morning sent photos to Mike, and Mason arrived within a couple of hours and replaced the broken components. The installs and floors are the other half. A September 2026 customer said Mason installed the garage doors with attention to detail, with Michael answering questions throughout. An August 2026 reviewer said the company fixed the problems of the original installer, laid epoxy floors and fitted side motors that run almost silent. A July 2026 customer hired Mike once for a broken spring and again to epoxy the garage floors. In an August 2026 review, a customer described the company installing auto garage doors in a huge steel building. The one complaint is from January 2025: a customer said the wrong windows went into their garage doors and the handles and accessories they paid for were not installed, and that during a dispute with their builder the company walked away even when they offered to pay a second time. The company says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. Its Connecticut HIC licence, HIC.0659555, is active. The Better Business Bureau rates it A+.
The job was performed by excellently. They knew how to do the job knowledge wise and professionally. Extremely satisfied. The work was a garage epoxy floor.
Professional, prompt, and courteous!
We found the whole garage door shopping experience pleasant due to Mascolo. I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them and that they took the time to answer my questions (because I know nothing about garage doors). They made sure that we got the door with the features and look that we wanted. We LOVE our new garage door!
xcellent company from start to finish! The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Michael was fantastic to work with and was available throughout the entire process to answer any questions I had. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, which made everything very easy. Mason, who installed the garage doors, did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation came out beautifully, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and the quality of its work. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for garage doors or installation. Five stars all around!
We had a problem with our garage doors and Mascolo came, made an adjustment and both our doors are functional again!
