Its Google reviews run from 2022 to 2026 — 33 in total, a 4.9-star average from 50 ratings — and stay consistent on two points: speed and follow-through. A 2025 review describes Alex calling back within minutes of an inquiry and getting a same-day appointment for a bat problem in the attic; a 2024 review recounts a hornet treatment backed by a written guarantee that held up in practice — hornets came back within 72 hours, a text to Alex got Jakob back out the next morning at no extra charge. Other 2024–2025 reviews describe squirrels cleared from under solar panels and a 200-plus yellowjacket hive gone by the next morning, plus customers who've used the company across several properties or repeat seasonal issues — bats, mice, squirrels, skunks — over multiple years. A September 2026 Reddit post adds an unprompted account of mice and squirrels cleared from a home, though the same poster also mentions using store-bought repellent spray afterward to help keep them away. The one sour note is older: a 2022 review describes mouse activity that continued for months beyond the company's six-month warranty, with a dispute over whether follow-up emails were answered and whether a technician had actually been turned away at the door. It's the only negative account across four years of otherwise five-star reviews, but worth raising directly — ask how the warranty and follow-up visits are handled before signing on. For a bat, squirrel, or chronic rodent problem that needs real exclusion work — sealed entry points, a chimney cap — and not just a one-time trap-and-go, this is worth the call.
