Pest Assassins is a pest control company in North Attleborough that says it has been in business for 10 years. It describes itself as providing pest control services for both residential and commercial properties, and its own site lists ant, bed bug, bee and wasp, cockroach, mosquito and tick, rodent, termite and flea control along with exclusion service. The site states that it offers free estimates. In a 2026 review, Brian P came out for an assessment and the first treatment for carpenter ants, clearly explained the process and warned of an uptick in ants over the next few hours; he had given traps, and by day 3 there was nothing. The same review says it was easy to reach the company and schedule an appointment, and that they create a client portal for managing billing and appointments online. Another 2026 review says they did a great job sealing up the house and garage, removed a small hornets nest and serviced the property all in the first visit; the same review calls Ian professional and knowledgeable and the pricing very reasonable for an ongoing service agreement. A third 2026 review describes routine service as well as removal of a wasp nest, with Ian addressing every issue brought to his attention. In a 2026 review about a rodent situation, the technician, Dereck, arrived on time, was very realistic about the situation, offered many helpful suggestions and alternatives and treated the space efficiently. In another 2026 review, Brian explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside the house and was also there to check on a mouse issue in the basement. In a 2025 review, Brian P arrived at 11 "on the dot" after a text about 15 minutes before, suggested several options and was "not pushy or salesy." That 2025 review adds: "We were happy to engage with them immediately and look forward to ongoing quarterly visits to keep our home safe from all kinds of pests." In a 2025 update to it, Brian arrived for the first quarterly check in and treatment, found no evidence of pest activity, swept the exterior for spider webs and nests and then applied a treatment. A 2026 review says of the Pest Assassins team, "They pick up when you call," and that Derek, who had been to the house twice, took the time to fully understand the concerns, explained ways to solve along with cost transparency, and then efficiently implemented the chosen solution. A Better Business Bureau complaint raises a concern about how the company treats personal contact information.
Our technician, Derek, is experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. I especially appreciate that he listens well, and acts on what he hears. I also appreciate the way the office (in this case, Lynn, who scheduled my appointment) values me as a customer. The service I receive from the company is exceptional.
Great job coming out and sealing up the house and garage. They removed a small hornets nest and serviced the property all in the first visit. Ian was professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable as well for an ongoing service agreement.
We had Brian as our exterminator. He was great! Very professional, explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside our house. He was also here to check on our mouse issue in the basement. Again, he was very thorough. And just an all around nice guy. Have to say, I don’t get that vibe from most pest control workers. The thing that impressed me most about Brian, was how he spoke about Pest Assassins. I asked him if he liked working for them and he said, “I love the company”. He talked about the culture and how valued he felt. And that it was a 100 times better than his former pest control company. Only reason I’m mentioning this is, I work at a college near Boston in the management division. Company culture is everything when it comes to making employees feel valued. Valued employees are happier employees and happy employees are better workers, more loyal etc., I am now a life-long customer of Pest Assassins based on my conversation with Brian. The work they do is excellent and I’m betting it’s a result of how they treat their employees.
Received routine service as well as a removal of a wasp nest. Ian came and provided a top quality service and addressed every issue brought to his attention. Would highly recommend this company for routine application to keep insects at bay.
Pest Assassin responded right away after I reached out and provided all the information I needed. The technician, Dereck was great, he arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and was very realistic about my rodent situation. He offered many helpful suggestions and alternatives and treated the space efficiently. This was my first service, and so far I’m very satisfied.
