Mass Maids Commercial Residential Janitorial

Mass Maids Commercial Residential Janitorial is a Newton, MA cleaning company that Thumbtack lists as three years old with six employees, taking on both office and home cleaning jobs. In an April 2024 review, a customer said the crew left a makeup studio squeaky clean, getting makeup residue off the desks that the customer didn't think could come off, and showed up on time and finished promptly. Another 2024 review describes weekly cleaning at an elderly relative's house, calling the work good and consistently on time. A third reviewer, also writing in 2024, called the cleaning done for their small business outstanding. All three reviews on Thumbtack are five stars, but they date back to April 2024, so there isn't a more current record to check. For office or home cleaning around Newton, this looks like a small, steady crew worth a call — ask what's changed with staffing and pricing since those 2024 reviews before booking.
