The rest of its five reviews, all from 2024 and 2025, back that commercial lean: an April 2025 review describes a medium-size office cleanup with plans to keep using the service; an April 2024 Thumbtack review details a makeup studio job where mirrors came out spotless and desks got makeup scrubbed off that the customer didn't think would come clean; another describes weekly cleans of an elderly parent's home, always on time. A small-business review the same week called the work outstanding. Thumbtack shows a completed background check on team member Kaleb Tucker. Mass Maids describes itself as women-owned and operated. With a small but consistent five-review record and a clear specialty in commercial and turnover cleaning, it's a solid option for an office, short-term rental, or specialty space rather than a typical weekly house clean — though it does that too.
