Mass Remodeling and Painting, Inc

Mass Remodeling and Painting is a Boston-based contractor working across eastern Massachusetts on interior and exterior painting, carpentry, and property-maintenance jobs — from unit turnovers to whole-property renovations. BBB lists its core services as scraping, priming, power washing and full-coat painting alongside carpentry, repairs and renovations, and a Procore Network listing shows it working commercial, healthcare, institutional and residential jobs with average contracts in the $100,000-$1,000,000 range. The public written record is thin. The one review on file, from 2018, called the work fast and "impeccable"; a 2023 local news item recorded a housing authority approving a roughly $4,600 change order for additional painting the company did at Jackson Gardens — a small but real data point on institutional work beyond residential jobs. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is registry-verified but expired — worth asking about directly, since its trade (renovations and carpentry, not just painting) isn't exempt from that requirement. BBB gives the company an A+ grade, though the listing itself isn't a BBB-accredited business. There isn't much of a public review record to judge day-to-day work by, so for a painting or small renovation job in the Boston area, ask for recent references and confirm the HIC registration is current before signing anything.
