It operates in Chinese and English, which is the clearest thing distinguishing it from any other small Quincy brokerage. Outside reputation is where this gets thin, and not in a flattering direction. It is a complaint from a renter rather than a compliment, and it is the only account from anyone who actually dealt with this brokerage. One review is not a pattern — but with nothing else to weigh against it, it carries. If you are a Chinese-speaking buyer or renter in Quincy who wants an agent working in your own language, this is a reasonable call to make with homework attached. Ask him directly about the rental complaint on his Google page and how it was handled. Ask for his license number and run it through the state's licensee lookup yourself. And for a rental placement in particular, get the unit's condition and the occupancy paperwork confirmed in writing before any money changes hands.
