The one written account on file is a serious one: in a 2024 review, a renter said Zhang knowingly handed over an apartment with a cockroach infestation and broken windows, without confirming an occupancy permit or checking the unit's condition first — and then cut off communication and refused to refund their deposit when they complained. The company's site says Zhang holds a Massachusetts real estate broker license and has been a National Association of REALTORS member since 2018, though that isn't independently verified here.
