Master Touch Painters is a Norwood, Massachusetts painting contractor that homeowners across Greater Boston call for full interior and exterior repaints — and the thing that turns up review after review is Gabriel himself, with crews described as punctual, respectful and easy to reach from the first estimate through the final walk-through. The company, which says it's been operating for about 10 years, also handles cabinet refinishing, wallpaper removal, deck restoration and power washing. Twelve Google ratings average five stars, and the eleven written reviews on file, spanning 2024 through 2026, and several of them describe much the same thing: careful surface prep before a brush comes out, and a job site left clean when the crew leaves. A homeowner who bought a house in June 2026 said Master Touch was quoted five days for a full repaint — four bedrooms, several bathrooms, closets, kitchen, dining room and a finished basement — and wrapped it in four. Another, that same month, had them paint a front door and said the crew helped troubleshoot a new deadbolt on the side. In a 2025 review, a customer who hired them for an exterior repaint said Gabriel was punctual, reliable and kept the site clean throughout. Anyone hiring should still confirm the written estimate covers prep, number of coats and cleanup, and check that Norwood's service area reaches their specific town among the many it lists.
My experience with Master Touch Painters has been exceptional from start to finish. They painted my home and decks. Gabriel and his crew are always timely, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely kind people. From the beginning, I felt like Gabriel cared about me as a customer, not just about finishing the job. What impressed me the most was Gabriel's commitment to making things right. Over the course of two summers, he went above and beyond to correct an issue. He never forgot about me, stayed in touch throughout the process, and followed through on every promise until everything was exactly as it should be. That level of honesty, dedication, and customer service is incredibly rare these days. Now that the project is complete, I couldn't be happier. It looks AMAZING!! I am so grateful I found Master Touch Painters. Gabriel is truly a pleasure to work with, and based on my experience, I would recommend him and his team without hesitation.
I highly recommend Master Touch Painters. Gabriel and his team were efficient, easy to communicate with, and did high-quality work for a fair price. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and we will definitely hire them again.
Master Touch did an outstanding job! We brought them on to paint a house we just purchased. We were quoted 5 days, they were done in 4. This included 4 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, closets, kitchen, diningroom and a finished basement. Each room was spotless with no evidence that they were here though the walls/ceiling told a different story. Would definitely recommend and use them again. T.
They did an excellent job painting our front door. They even helped me troubleshoot a new deadbolt that we purchased.
We had Master Touch Painters paint our recently renovated bathroom. They were efficient, professional and did a fantastic job. Their finished work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend and hire them again for future painting projects.
