Very responsive, friendly and super helpful!

Since the original owner retired April and Billy have run the business into the ground. Horrible customer service and sloppy work. Missing parts and unprofessional attitude. Went to new company and I am paying half of what they charged for substandard service.

Excellent pool service in the south coast area. We've been using Mattapoisett Pools for 4 years, April and Billy are extremely responsive, and the pool always looks great!

The team at Mattapoisett Pools is conscientious and hard working. They do a fantastic job taking care of our pool on a weekly basis so that my family can enjoy it. Also, they have great skills with repairing pool and spa equipment. We’ve had them do maintenance/repairs on our systems over the years and always have good results.

I have been with Mattapoisett Pools for over 30 years and could not be happier. They are honest, knowledgeable, do excellent work and have excellent service. If you reach out to them on a Monday with an issue, they will reply back to you no later than Tuesday morning.
