That customer said they worked through some challenges the house had and praised the price. A recent customer who chose the company for a sewer line replacement called Ryan professional, accommodating and flexible. In a 2019 review, a customer wrote that they hired Ryan McAteer Landscaping and Excavation to replace a 55 year old sewer line and that the work was done on time as planned. That 2019 customer said unforeseen obstacles were attended to the same day. A recent customer said Ryan quoted 9k for a sewer repair, doubled the price a week later and then stopped responding.
We just had Ryan and his team put an insert into our aging sewer line. They did an awesome job. Took them a day and a half but got us a working sewer line in a day. The following half day was clean up. They worked thru some challenges our house had quickly and got the job done for a great price. Highly recommed
Ryan’s bad reviews speak for themselves. He sounds professional and convincing on the phone. Don't fall for it. Ryan also finds away to blame anyone he screws over (just watch him do it with this review as well). He quoted us 9k for a sewer repair. A week later he doubled the price. Then he ghosted. Edit: As predicted, Ryan made up a bunch of things in his response (which seems devoid of proper spelling and grammar) to appear the victim. We went with a more established and reputable company that completed the job successfully.
Ryan was professional, extremely accommodating, and flexible. I am so glad I chose McAteer Excavation for my sewer line replacement and grateful for the work they did. I highly recommend their services. If it’s hard to get in touch because of how busy they are, stick with it, you won’t be disappointed. Bonus - They are the most affordable around!
I bought a truck from Ryan this afternoon. Truck was a high mileage work truck. Ryan told me he had it a while and it had no issues. I asked if the check engine light was on before I drove 2 hrs to check it out. The light was on he told me it was for a glow plug which I was ok with. I got home and a soon as I turned the truck on and off it had an issue starting and the light was blinking for the transmission. I bought a code reader and found out it has codes for the transmission and the turbo. I went to leave a review on facebook but he blocked me so that’s y I’m here. Basically Ryan lied straight to my face as I asked him questions abt the truck and now I’m stuck with a truck that needs expensive repairs that I wouldn’t have bought had I know. Buyer beware and customers too. See you in court.
My husband and I highly recommend Ryan McAteer Landscaping and Excavation whom we hired to replace our 55 year old sewer line at a reasonable cost. Not only was the work done on time as planned, but when unforeseen obstacles were encountered, they were attended to that day. We found Ryan to be professional as well as going above and beyond.
