I hired Mclennan Exteriors last year to do a gutter install specifically because I like to support local, small businesses. Despite some spotty communication a crew came over and got the job done. I was then quoted a price to have said gutters cleaned and made a note to call them this year to do just that. Since then it has been like pulling teeth getting someone to respond to my texts, messages and emails. I was told someone would reach out over a week ago but it's been nothing but crickets. They clearly do need or want the business, and certainly do not value their customers time.
