MDC HOME IMPROVEMENT

I wanted to renovate my 40 year old bathroom, and I called a few different contractors that I found and MDC was one of them, and from the moment he appeared at my door, I just had a good feeling about him and his work. His pricing was fair and his work was exceptional. Matias is a craftsman at his trade and pays close attention to detail and he totally gutted my bathroom and started from the studs back to the tile work and new floor. It was all done to perfection and I have been happy with his performance every day since. I would definitely recommend him and his work to anyone and I have already had told friends about him and others who have seen his work in my home want his phone number.

I want to thank Sebastian and Gabrielle for the beautiful and detailed work they did converting my staircase and Jacuzzi into a Walk In Shower. The oversized walk in shower with niche and bench. He also installed my Glass Barn style shower door and Medicine cabinet. Sebastian made my plan a reality. He paid close attention to exactly what I wanted and executed the design in the estimated time frame. Sebastian recommended a great store to shop for tiles. The Home and Decor store in Fairfield, Ct. This store gives you many choices and options. I will definitely rehire MDC Home Improvement for my next project.. I also highly recommend this business, as he is very creative, pays great attention to detail, and highly skilled as a Master Craftsman.

I wish I could give higher than five stars! I hired Sebastian to replace my Mom’s bathtub with a new shower. I talked at length to Sebastian how safety for Mom was so important. He listened with care to all our needs, and each step of the process was done with great care. You had the feeling that he put as much care into our project as he would in his own home. In the chaotic world we are living in, it has been a great privilege to find a business and owner like Sebastian with high values and a desire to do the job right to give the customer exactly what they need. He ended up having to add a wall to accommodate the drain in the shower and charged us a very fair price. He also had to move the shelves next to the new shower and kindly worked with Mom to make sure she could reach the top shelf because it was too high prior to starting the project. He and his helper were extremely meticulous, cleaned up each night (the project took 3 days), and cleaned up and touched up at the end for a beautiful result. My mom cried with delight. As a homeowner myself for over 30 years, I have had many contractors working for us but truly hadn’t come across someone quite so diligent, trustworthy, and kind. I will be using him for certain in my own house! We are very pleased. I HIGHLY recommend MDC Home Improvement - Sebastian - if you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, has excellent workmanship, and a desire to treat his customers fairly. The picture is a pano view.

Sebastian was knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. He painted my whole house in timely manner. Luminate the floors beautifully ! So glad he was available !!!

I would absolutely recommend Matias with MDC Home Improvement and his crew for appliance installation, carpentry and kitchen and bathroom renovations. His attention to detail is exceptional. He’s reliable, hardworking, always on time, and often completes projects ahead of schedule. He communicates well and responds quickly to calls and texts. You’ll be in great hands with Matias for your next project!
