“Ty was great, fit us in as we were up against time constraints, spent about 2 hours, the unit works fine now.”
The staff at MDI Heat Pumps is excellent. The work proposed was expertly explained in order for us to fully understand the project. It was then expertly installed.
Their service was great, as was communication before and after the servicing, and Ty and Austin were a delight to have in the house. We were relatively uninformed regarding heat pumps, but they walked us through it, and took all our concerns into account in designing the system. We would recommend them without reservation.
So relieved to have my heat pumps serviced. Great service, prompt reply. Two thumbs up!
I detected a drip - outside that I thought was more than condensation (had AC ON) last night - texted a video. Tyson responded within the hour & had a tech out the next afternoon! They are the BEST!!
Friendly, professional, and made friends with my cat.
