Medrano Painting and Carpentry

Medrano Painting and Carpentry is a painting and carpentry business in Framingham that describes itself as having over 30 years of experience in the industry. In a 2018 review of a deck, a customer called the deck beautiful and wrote that Ramon and Eduardo cleaned up every day and took away all the debris. In a 2018 review, a customer with a deck or porch repair wrote that they used a poor quality of wood. In 2017, Ramon and Eduardo expanded a deck 2 ft. in 2 directions, with 4 new posts on concrete bases, added framing, flooring and railing, and stairs moved over a new concrete pad; that 2017 customer called the work timely and at a fair price. In a 2017 review, a customer who needed decking and rails replaced wrote that Eduardo gave a very competitive estimate and also found and repaired existing structural problems. In 2017, they repaired and painted a deck and a trellis enclosing the space below it; that 2017 customer wrote that they worked on the stain and paint selection and immediately attended to minor patches in the paint when pointed out. In a 2017 review, a customer wrote that Eduardo was on site within days to start the project and finished on time and on budget. In 2016, Ramon and Eduardo replaced 2 vertical support columns with composite columns set on double metal brackets so the columns would not absorb water and rot, and repaired surface cracks in a concrete deck and stairs. That 2016 customer wrote that they ground out the loose material, filled the cracks, ground the surfaces flat, put on a layer of stucco, and applied a prime coat of sealant and four coats of "granite grip" paint.
