In an October 2025 review, a homeowner wrote that their city inspector was impressed enough by a new front porch to ask for the company's card. AD Roofing and Siding Experts works out of Framingham, and its own site describes the range plainly: roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, decks and trim, residential and commercial, across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Roofs are the bulk of it. An April 2024 reviewer had a full roof replaced in a single day, with the process explained beforehand and the yard cleaned before the crew left; a September 2025 Angi customer had roof vents replaced and a leak fixed, on time; a July 2026 homeowner with a leaky roof said it was dealt with quickly. Some hire them for the whole outside at once — an April 2026 project covered a new roof, siding, windows, doors and gutters together, and a November 2023 homeowner had roofing, siding, windows and PVC trim done on the same house.
Two names recur. Ray does the walkthrough and the quote: an August 2025 customer, who called him their representative, said he went through every detail and checked in on the progress, and a December 2025 homeowner replacing half a water-damaged roof was given several options to fit a budget, with the costs broken out. Angel runs the crew — the October 2025 porch customer called his team meticulously professional. On money, a July 2024 Angi customer wrote that the price quoted to replace their roof came in about $5,000 below what they had expected.
The written history runs from 2023 into 2026: 37 Google ratings averaging 5★, plus 5.0 on Angi and HomeAdvisor from six ratings each and on Thumbtack from four. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 209627, is active on the state registry, the Better Business Bureau grades it A+, and BBB has accredited it since August 2025.
Two things to settle before signing. The site advertises GAF certification with a 50-year GAF warranty on roofing and a lifetime workmanship warranty on full siding installations — ask which of those your job actually falls under, and get it in writing. And if the crew is doing several trades on one house, fix the order of work and the finish date for each piece up front.
If your house needs the roof and the siding handled in one go, or a porch rebuilt while the crew is already there, this is a straightforward call. Ask for the itemized cost breakdown that December 2025 homeowner got, and confirm the warranty terms in writing before work starts.

We highly recommend hiring AD Roofing and Siding for anything you need!! We feel lucky we found a company that is trustworthy, doesn’t over price their jobs, truly cares for their customers and can properly fix or build anything in a home.
We initially hired them to repair/ replace the trim on our 21 windows. They were the only company willing to repair what we had, the other quotes said they would repair but then cover everything with PVC and a knowledgeable friend told us that works only if you truly trust that nothing is rotten underneath. And we knew we had a lot of rotten pieces. Their work was precise and their knowledge produced top notch results.
We then asked them to replace the garage trim. When they took off the garage trim face boards, they immediately contacted us to show us how rotten the structural posts were. Instead of just taking the easy way and covering up the problem (we would never have known about it), they asked us if we wanted them to replace the inside beams first and then put the face board trim. We could see their true carpentry workmanship.
We had the same awesome experience with our deck. We initially asked them to replace the top hand rail all around our deck that we could see had rotted. They then showed and explained to us that the contractor who built our deck didn’t properly anchor the supporting columns. We had never noticed this because we barely used our deck, but after seeing how it easily rocked back and forth we wanted the extra support. They did not try and upsell us, they truly cared about the end result, took pride in their work, and would have done whatever we wanted, it was always our choice without any pressure.
Ray handles the paperwork and is excellent at communicating and keeping you informed. Angel is onsite overseeing the process and very friendly and easy to approach with any questions. The entire team is always conscientious, tidy, friendly and damn hard workers. Going forward this is our go-to company!!!
Ray, Angel, and the guys were amazing to work with on our project (new roof, siding, windows, doors, and gutters) from start to finish. I'll start by saying "some things are worth paying for." The problems with my roof made themselves apparent approximately one year ago. New England rainstorms have been getting more-and-more severe, often exceeding one inch of rainfall per hour which my 25-year-old shingles could not repel. Angi provided an easy method to contact five local roofing experts for gathering quotes. AD Roof and Siding Experts were not the least-expensive, nor were they the most-expensive. Ray Thibault has multiple decades of home construction with an emphasis on roof engineering - and if given the opportunity, will regale you for several minutes of entertaining conversation related to the trade. He does care about our homes and values the trust needed for such a project. The communications Ray provided were timely, accurate, and necessary. His estimates on price and time were spot-on. Photos of the work were provided throughout and Ray made sure I understood all the elements of the roof replacement.
We hired on AD to replace half of our roof, which had suffered major water damage. Ray was attentive to our needs and gave us several options to fit our budget. He described what was going to go into the repair, as well as breaking the costs down in detail. The price was competitive.
While on the site walkthrough, Ray was kind enough to give us (as relatively new homeowners) some general tips on home maintenance, and some suggestions on future home repair/maintenance projects. It was nice to get the feedback of an experienced professional as we tackle the journey that is home ownership.
We would not hesitate to call on Ray, Angel and the crew again for a future project.
