A 2020 customer said the first worker the company sent did not call or text when he said he would, then called back at 8:30 in the evening offering to come right over. That 2020 customer said the company sent another person out at 1pm the next day and apologized for the first worker not following through. In the same 2020 review, the customer praised the attitude of Mathew and his son John and said they would ask for Mathew again.
The first guy, from the company didn't call or text when he said he would. He called back late in the evening at8:30 and said he could come right over and do the job. I said No it was too late. I said I wouldn't be home until 1pm the next day he should call back then. The company sent another person out at 1pm to do the job and apologized for the first guy not following through. The new guy, I believe Mathew and his son John Did a Wonderful job, with a great attitude! I would assume this is a newer company, if not they should make sure all their workers respond to customers text or phone calls about when they will be showing up for the job, in a timely manner. I wish the company well, and would ask for Mathew again,( I hope I have his first name right..if not sorry! But he was great!
