We hired Victor and his team for tricky drywall mud, priming, and painting work that involved re-flattening walls, which had significant texture on them that we wanted gone. We'd also asked that they try to do the work with minimal dust generation, since someone was still living in the unit while the work was being done, which is difficult since mud application usually involves multiple rounds of sanding. Getting the walls flat without the dry sanding process is harder to do, and they still did an incredible job with it. They also had great attention to detail, and were transparent when something didn't go as planned (which wasn't much.) Victor and his team delivered - to an extraordinarily level of quality, while being on time and on budget, with great communication throughout the process. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Menjivar team. Victor is sharp, astute, and experienced, and was clear and consistent in his representation of his team's capabilities and timing. We would definitely recommend Menjivar's Painting.

I cannot recommend Victor and his team highly enough.This is the second house I’ve had them paint and I continue to be blown away by the quality of their work and their patience and attention to detail. This time, I hired them to repair some of the siding and gutters and then repaint my house. There were so many places where they could have gone quickly and cut corners. But they did everything i asked for and more all down to the last detail. They hand painted everything, got all the trim perfect, and left me with a lot of confidence that the exterior of my home could weather the elements for decades to come. It looks great and was at a price that was beyond fair given the quality and quantity of work. I will never have anyone else paint for me.

Victor and his crew are amazing! They ALWAYS show up ON TIME and work diligently -- no slacking off! He said the house would be painted in 8 days, and it was! Their work is METICULOUS, filling every clapboard seam so the paint looks virtually seamless. He even changed our front door handle for us! He and his crew are professional and personable -- and his prices are EXCELLENT! This is the second job he's completed for us...the deck is next! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Victor has done multiple painting jobs for our condo in Cambridge MA and I highly recommend Victor's services. Victor did a very complex 3-week indoor painting job to paint cabinets, built-in bookcases, and the entire interior of my condo. His team is top notch and they did a fantastic job on the cabinets and built-ins, which required an extensive amount of sanding, priming, and prep work. Victor has done 2 drywall jobs as well, all completed with high quality. He even went above and beyond and helped with electrical work - moving the placement of a light switch and patch-up of the drywall. I had very specific instructions for paint colors, and when I gave him the wrong direction (his team had already painted the entire room at this point), he was kind about my mistake and repainted the room, handling the situation very professionally. I highly recommend Victor and his team -- they are extremely skilled, professional, courteous, and do great work.
