Merrimack Valley Insulation

In a 2016 review, a customer who had bought an old Victorian said a MassSave audit led them to Merrimack Valley Insulation, which did air sealing, insulated the attic floor and installed mushroom vents in the roof. That 2016 customer said that when something had not been quite finished, they came back and fixed it within 48 hours. A 2019 customer said they picked the company for the work from a Mass Save Home Energy Audit, and that the installation team worked quickly and carefully, cleaned up when done and took care of the paperwork. A 2023 customer said they did a very clean job insulating walls. In a 2016 review, a customer said Tim found an old wire, and the insulation could not go in until it was found dead and an electrician signed off; that customer's son, an electrician, did it while they waited, and then they did the job. A 2016 customer wrote that the next day they opened the door to find the house spotless, "not one piece of insulation on the floor." A 2022 customer said they came out only for investigatory work: they popped a number of shingles and drilled holes, found old insulation behind it, would not blow in more because they said it would create air pockets, and did not charge for the investigation. In a 2014 review, a customer said the young man installing the insulation insulated over some tools the customer had forgotten to move.
