MF Paint Management, LLC

Matt Fletcher is not what I'd call professional at all. He can't be what the painting world calls a legitimate business owner. He flaked out on so much. And bc I write this for a good friend of mine who's house he just left up in the air ( literally just stopped coming one day) he left his only employee to handle everything. He's very unprofessional. Didn't finish the job and the two days he was at the house in question he was all over the place. I don't know if he knew what he was doing to be quite frank. I told her to not even let him in the house , most business owners at least dress the part. Not Mr. Fletcher, he showed up and never changed his attire which was sweat pants . Not even painter whites. Always holey worn out dirty sweats. And the language I witnessed from his mouth first hand. I was appauled and to be honest , I felt uncomfortable for my friend who was having the work done. . he never did finish the job. Thank God someone else did .. had he not had one employee that knew what he was doing and had he not worked his butt off the 7 days a week he showed up, ( I can't remember his name ) I'd of given Mr. Fletcher no stars. This day in age it's all about the rapport one has with their client or a boss with employee or visa versa .. Matt Fletcher wasn't just unprofessional but he made my friend very uncomfortable by the way he spoke to her. His rudeness and lack of decency towards a paying customer was down right wrong. I hope in the future he can clean his act up bc I feel sorry for the next person he does work for. If I didn't witness this first hand I wouldn't be doing this review!!
