Lead paint and closing dates are two things that turn a simple paint job stressful, and those are the jobs U Pro Painting & Upgrades keeps getting called for around Manchester, New Hampshire. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner whose exterior most likely had lead paint wrote that the crew handed over lead-safe certification documentation and took proper precautions; the company says it is EPA Lead-Safe Certified. Several customers hired them against a real-estate deadline. A Realtor wrote in a March 2026 review that a seller needed repairs and painting to clear an FHA loan, and the team came out quickly and finished the work in a single day. A loan officer, writing in October 2024, described a short window between going under contract and closing that an exterior job had to fit into. Another customer used them for a full-house repaint before listing in September 2025 and got the house on the market on time. Everyday house painting is the bulk of the work: a kitchen and family room repainted after ice-dam water damage in July 2026, a deck in May 2026, stairs and a landing where a February 2026 customer noted the clean finish and the attention to detail. Drywall comes with it — a February 2026 review describes the crew patching drywall and fixing what needs fixing, and an April 2025 customer had interior painting and drywall repair done at what they called a very fair price. Across 24 Google ratings, the average is 5 stars. Liz and Rene are the names customers use. Reviewers describe quick responses, help with the decisions (a January 2026 customer stuck between three colours got talked through the choice), accurate estimates and a site left clean. The company describes itself as woman- and Latino-owned and operated, working with its own crew rather than subcontractors, and lists a VA Builder ID and FHA contractor documentation. If your job involves lead paint or a deadline tied to a sale, this is a strong call. Ask for the lead-safe documentation up front, and get the surfaces, the prep and the colour list written into the quote before the crew starts.
The U Pro team did a fantastic job painting our kitchen and family room after water damage from the ice dams. They were friendly, courteous, on time, and fastidious painters. We are delighted with the results. Would use them again for sure (but I hope it's not for water damage from ice dams again!!)
The team at U Pro Painting did an incredible job! They were available when I needed them (we had a tight timeline!) and were efficient with their time on site. The back of my house has never looked better!!
I couldn't be happier with the work U Pro Painting & Upgrades on my deck. Professional service and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have any part of their home painted. 5 stars across the board
This team is amazing. Great work and very neat and clean. They are super accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
As a Realtor, My Seller and I were in a tough spot with needing repairs and painting for an FHA Loan. Their team came out quick, understood what we needed & were able to complete the job in one day. We were able to move forward with the loan and they took the anxiety out of the deal and were very reasonably priced. Professional and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone!
