Its service list — kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodels, additions — is the site's generic starter menu and matches nothing in the permits. And it shows him alongside a company called Autumn Builders & Remodeling, listing both as owner. For a siding replacement or a full reroof on a one- or two-family house, this is a plain record of exactly that work, permitted properly, year after year. Before signing, get a written scope naming the siding or roofing product, confirm which company is on the contract and whose licence the permit is pulled under, and ask for two or three recent addresses near you that you can drive past.
