A May 2026 Google reviewer praised the person who books appointments as helpful and easy to work with, while recalling good service from a technician a couple of years earlier. In a March 2026 review, another customer said everything went as planned from estimate to installation. An older July 2024 Google account praised the team's transparent, honest assessment of the customer's garage door needs. Repairs appear alongside full door replacements in the dated customer accounts. A September 2022 Google reviewer said Ryan quickly and efficiently replaced a broken torsion spring and praised the office's communication. A February 2023 customer reported a new opener and springs. In April 2022, a customer said Adam arrived on time and got everything working again. In a September 2021 Angi review, a homeowner described replacing an original 1960 garage door while a vehicle inside could not be moved. The customer said Ryan and Adam arrived on time for the Saturday installation, left the vehicle undamaged, and cleaned up the old door remains. Ryan answered the customer's questions afterward.
